Return/Exchange Policy

Here at Mour & Co., our first priority is your satisfaction, enjoyment, and happiness with our jewelry. We are currently only accepting one exchange per order within 7 days of delivery. You are more than welcome to exchange the product for another style of equal or greater value. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn and/or unaltered. Items must include its original tags and packaging.

How to Start the Exchange Process?

To start the exchange process, please email us at sales@mourandco.com (or click here). Please include your name and order number in the email. Our representatives will reach out to you within 24 hours with further exchange instructions.
 
Please note: Mour & Co. will not be responsible for any un-trackable and/or lost packages after shipment has been made back to us. Clients are held responsible for any shipping costs or insurance of the exchange package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any items that show signs of wear, alter, damage, and/or engraving

Custom orders 

Cancellation Policy:

All orders are processed through PayPal and shipped once the order is placed to ensure a swift delivery. During this process, we incur irreversible fees which includes labor, raw material, and credit card processing fees. We understand that orders may sometimes need to be canceled due to unexpected events. 


Please note: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
