Mour & Co. deeply values your happiness and experience with us! All chains and bracelets are packaged and shipped the same or next business day after the order is placed. Rings and pendants may take up to 7-15 business days to manufacture, package, and ship. All packages are shipped via FedEx 2-Day to ensure a swift delivery to you! Orders are shipped out every day of the week, Monday - Friday. Our shipping department can only ship to the billing address linked to the debit/credit card or PayPal account. Tracking information and details are provided upon the shipment of your package to its destination via email. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your package to arrive for any in-stock items.

Furthermore, international buyers may come across custom duty and tax fees that we are unaware of and are not calculated at checkout.
